The "BON-HICAM" is a reflow camera system capable of environmental imaging and analysis within the reflow device, as well as comprehensive analysis using three temperature channels and vibration detection sensors. The camera module offers two shooting methods: close-up shooting for detailed imaging of the soldering process and wide-angle shooting for capturing the entire oven.
